Hello List;
We have noticed ongoing problems with our current custom shoe provider, and
have had the last several pair of shoes having excess depth of 1/4 or more
from the toe box all the way back. This has required returning the shoes
for remake. The manufacturer has expressed we are too fussy.
In an effort not to publicly trash this manufacturer, I ask your help in our
search for alternative providers. LIST: Who are you happy with and who has
a good customer service track record in your experience for manufacturing
custom shoes?
Thank you in advance. All positive responses will be posted anonymously
unless you indicate otherwise.
