Original post - Need a source for rigid two part foam similar to Kingsley
and Otto Bock but a lower density that is easier to modify/sand/etc. We used
to purchase some that was marketed to OandP for use in TLSO molds - sold be
the case of gallon jugs. Any one know the source? Thanks in advance.

jim smith sales 800 826-2334 has rigid foam in both 7lb and 12 lb densities

Try Horton's Orthotic Laboratory in Little Rock Arkansas.

We used to carry the lighter foam, but the market just didn't warrant the
very small quantities purchased. We had to buy it in large lots like 55
gallons.
Try an orthotic central fab. (Atlantic Rim comes to mind)
****
We buy ours in 55 gal drums. We make our own TLSO plugs for Cad-Cam TLSO's.
We buy from Hydro-seal in riverside. The density is a custom mix they have
worked up for us.

Hope all is well. Please take a minute to visit our website
<outbind://2/www.biosculptor.com> www.biosculptor.com. We have the Two Part

10 gl Kits. Which consists of two 5 gl container's of A&B. Or 2 gl Kits,
which consist of two 1 gl containers's of A&B. The 10 gl Kit is $350.00. And
the 2 gl Kit is $95.00. If you have any questions please let me know. Thank
you very much and looking forward to hearing from you soon.
We also have spinal sized foam blanks available also. And All other sizes as
well.

Try Jim Smith Sales. The products are called Caliber Mold Foam and Caliber
Mold Foam II.

Try these. Your best bet for small (5 gallon or less) quantities would
probably be Smooth-On, BJB or Polytech. You should be able to get any
density you need from any of these suppliers or their distributors.
