Well, it happened again! Our MAS course just held at Northwestern University
Prosthetic and Orthotic Center was another huge success. The response
continues to be overwhelming so we have added an additional course to be
held at Cal State University Dominguez Hills located in Aliso Viejo, CA on
January 14-15, 2006. We have held 14 seminars thus far and have
approximately 350 clinicians trained in this new and innovative socket
design. The seminars tend to fill up quickly and attendance is limited, so
if you are interested, please contact us right away.
Two tiers of learning will be offered at the course:
* Tier I - Hands-On - Full two-day seminar, which includes patient
evaluation with casting, modifications, and two test sockets. Attendee must
provide own patient model and his/her travel arrangements
* Tier II - Observation - Full two-day seminar which includes all course
materials, observation of patient evaluation, but no hands-on participation.
There will be 2 observers teamed up with each hands-on attendee.
For those of you not familiar with the M.A.S. socket design, it is a
revolutionary new socket design created and patented by Marlo Ortiz from
Guadalajara, MX.
