I have to confirm that we haven't had return problems with Ossur
 or Otto Bock. We are fortunate to have great reps. who work with us.
 Keep in mind that most sales reps can create some degree of leeway for
 his/her customers and since this isn't limitless, they will generally
 be inspired to work the hardest for their consistent, loyal customers.

 If a return for credit were refused, I would be frustrated too, but I
 would welcome any offer/deal to help alleviate my costs, especially if
 it could be used for another patient. I understand why a company has
 to have some policy on returns. Being too generous would eventually
 necessitate an increase in the overall costs of their products. I don't

 agree with badmouthing our vendors or trying to pressure them publicly
 to get our way. This list gives us an opportunity to voice
 frustrations, but let's remember to give positive
 feedback, when vendors do well for us, too! I do understand your
frustration,
 especially with an item in that price range!
