Hugo and Stuart:
I unfortunately have to go public with this message as I am unable to
even remotely reach either of you through the number listed in the AOPA
Yearbook -- only lets me leave a message for your accounting department.
-- so here goes:
Hugo, I talked to you some months ago - maybe a year or more -- about
stopping your telephone people/telemarketer or whatever you call them
from calling our offices and bothering the staff. Let me assure this
complaint is originating from our staff, it does not originate from my
office, however I do agree with their complaint. You don't seem to
realize that practitioner and those involved in patient care are
busy-busy folks who do not appreciate being dragged away from their
patient care duties/functions to talk to some person trying to drum up
business.
When I did talk to you, you stated that you would take care of it. Our
staff said it did lighten up for awhile, but now it is back.
Please have your people stop calling our OrPro Prosthetic & Orthotic
patient care offices and staff during their day.
Again, I apologize for going public with this and would not have if I
had a way to contact either of you personally by phone.
