We have been experiencing sporadic problems with our phone lines in the wake
of Hurricane Francis, which have gotten worse since Hurricane Jeanne hit
this past weekend. Many callers have reported that the phone simply rings
off the hook on their end, but never gets through to our office.

If you need to contact oandp.com but are unable to get through, please send
a quick e-mail to <Email Address Redacted> with your name and phone number and who
you are trying to reach (or what you need if a general inquiry). We will
watch this e-mail box carefully and call right away when a message is
received.

Please note that this issue is related to our phone lines only and does not
affect oandp.com or any other web sites. All web sites and services are
stored on servers with redundant power and connectivity to ensure that there
are no outages (even when our state is slammed with four hurricanes in a
row!)

It is likely that other companies based in and around Florida may also have
been affected by the storms, so please keep this in mind as well.

Thanks,

Paul E. Prusakowski, CPO
President, oandp.com
