It has always been discouraging to see the state of O&P as a profession,
where everyone else is trying to push us around. We have had enough fellow
rehab professionals doing that to us, and now we have a new breed starting
a whole new era of PUNISH THE PROSTHETIST game.

Sounds kinda funny.......Now prosthetists have to pay for the vendors to
advertise their products, and then pay again to buy the product. I am yet to
hear about any drug reps. contacting patients directly and telling them
about which doctor to go to. Any such company will have to close down
shortly after any such attempt. What's wrong with us?? why can't we atleast
stay united on this front and not let non-clinicians dictate our way of
practicing.

I must share something really funny.....a bunch of facilities in my area
which have fierce competition are listed in the covetted list of ossur
facilities, I dont know how it makes sense to them...it really doesn't to
me!! BTW, is anyone interested in joining a similar group for the benifit of
your orthotic patients, just askin'..............
