Hello,
We are presently making a BK prosthesis with a laminated inner socket with pin. Client will first donn a cushion liner, then the laminated inner socket with pin, pull on the suspension sleeve, then click into locking mechanism.
My question is regarding coding the inner socket. It is of course laminated, with the pin laminated into the distal end, and is relatively flexible. But I know of no code for such. My guess is it is a FLEXIBLE INNER but my paradigm is thermoplastic for such. Has anyone else billed this type prosthesis? How did you code the inner socket?
Thanks,
Jeff McDonald BOCP
