Hi Lou

It looks like it is finally happening for you and New Jersey.
Congratulations! For those of us that know you , you deserve much of the
credit not just for New Jersey but also for all of the other states that
did get licensure prior to New Jersey. It doesn't seem fair that you had to
wait this long . I am grateful to you and I will always think of you as a
pioneer , visionary and leader in the acquision of licensure nationwide.
I believe that because of your efforts, literally millions of persons with
disabilities in this nation are better off today , how many people can say
that .
