Hello, everyone. The O&P EDGE is planning an article on this subject,
and we would very much like to hear from you regarding your thoughts and
comments on the impact you think young people entering the profession
and coming up through the ranks are having-or will have in the future-on
the profession clinically, in business practices, educational standards,
and other areas.
If you have children or grandchildren who are joining your company or
are already in practice with you, how do you think they will change the
way you practice clinically and operate your business? Do you expect
them to take over running your practice someday?
If you are a young practitioner or a student soon to enter the field,
how do you feel you and your colleagues are changing/will affect the
profession in the future? What changes would you like to see? What do
you think should remain the same? If you are in practice with an older
member of your family, do you think you will do anything differently as
you take on more responsibility in the company and/or someday operate
the business?
If you wish, we can quote you anonymously, but we do need to know who
you are and what your credentials are.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Regards,
