Dear colleagues:

I'm trying to code a CROW Walker with a rocker sole. The code I find that
closest resembles a rocker sole is L-3400. But I find that almost all of the
shoe and shoe-modification codes are not in the L-code allowables file I
downloaded from CMS.

Two questions:

1. Where are those code allowables to be found?
2. In your experience, is L-3400 the most accurate code for a crepe rocker
bottom for a CROW?
