Just a follow-up to my recent swim leg post. I did not mean to start
some religious frenzy with my explanation of what namaste means. Many
folks have asked for the definition, so I thought I'd add it to this
post. I do not care to receive religious based e-mails. Thank you
anyway. This is a term used in Yoga and ancient Indian cultures that I
find personally very fulfilling in that we each need to take
responsibility for our own actions and realize that there is good within
all of us, regardless of one's religious belief. So, I kindly ask the
members of this list serv to PLEASE STOP sending me religious based
e-mails. I find these very annoying- like spam. I have already
received a dozen and feel that more are to follow. Thank you in
advance.
Namaste.
