our plaster trap inquiry. The
following includes the list of responses:
Try the Qualis disposable trap, it is based on a 5-gallon bucket that
you discard when full. 800-259-4668.
OPE in Illinois also makes a good one. 847-864-6560
SPS sells disposable ones. We changed over about 5 years ago.

We have switched to throw away bucket type plaster traps. They are
convenient and relatively inexpensive. Contact Qualis, International at
800-259-4668.

around here use plaster traps. Or you can get the 5 gallon bucket one from
SPS.

We have a plaster trap from orthotic prosthetic enterprises

You can make one out of a 5 gallon bucket using screw together plumbing
pieces and silicone caulk and it should last a life time or make a new one
when the current one gets full.

Tom, we decided to rid ourselves of a plaster trap once and for all. We now
fill a 55 gallon plastic waste basket and use that for all our plaster
supplies. We will dump it at least twice per month and simply rinse it out
and refill it.
