Cancer research

Text:

Hello colleagues and guests,

Who says there is no such thing as a free lunch? Here is a link that should
leave each of us feeling good about ourselves every time we return to our
sceen saved computers. <URL Redacted>.
My personal and company computers paticipate in this project whenever they
are idle. Cancer is one project area, but there are others. All are
important.

In short, whenever your computer is idle and on-line, as is the case with
DSL, cable connects, etc., it goes to work for humanity by linking in series
with thousands of computers all over the world as a computational molecular
chemistry problem solver. Each on-line computer adds computational power to
the molecular computation at hand. Visit the site mentioned above and see
for yourselves what this is all about.

I don't know for sure, but my guess is that your computer is not any more
vulnerable to hackers, viruses, etc, than it would be anyway. I would be
interested to hear what the computer gurus think about this. I would also be
interested to learn of any other negative impact this might have for
participants.

Good day to each and every one.
