The responses were varied. I'm glad I asked because there were what I
call a few wrong answers. Based on a number of very similar responses
and from names I recognize as experts in the field(please no one be
offended) let us define the Cookie Crusher.
Cookie Crusher is the term given for a single site myo or mechanical
circuit(St. Anthony's circuit) which opens the TD. St. Anthony is the
patron saint of safety if I recall it correctly. Must not work for
cookies however! When the signal is terminated or switch is closed the
TD closes. Thus crushing the cookie. This scheme can be utilized on
all UE individuals, not just peds. If one thinks out of the box other
uses can be envisioned where only one site can be found.
Thanks all
