I am having a hard time with coding with for the A-Frame orthosis. I have been told to use a Misc. code for this brace, but when it comes to Medicaid what is the deal with Misc. codes. Maybe I am just too new in the insurance part to know what I am doing wrong. So what is the secret to getting a misc. code covered by Medicaid?
