a GII Alternative brace would work, so would a custom fabricated LLB
attached into shoes via a split stirrup. Good luck

Yes,
 Make a KAFO for each leg with the cuff for the calf made so that a
 corrective force can be applied. The orthoses should be worn day and
 night for about two years. They will have to be extended as the child
 grows. This works best if the child is very young and just beginning to
 walk.
