Whine time : It is scarier to know that the same fellow and many more like
him , who said Cast however you feel comfortable can evaluate a patient's
orthotic needs, design and fabricate the orthotic to treat the patient,
without having any mandatory educational qualifications and still get
reimbursed for his efforts by Medicare!!
