Hi all of you.

Thank you to Jovane, Carol, Asifq and all who respond me.

I agree that we do not have stop walking the child and we can use any of those orthosis, I know them but in this time I can not convince to the Dr. to work with an orthosis with support on the floor and in good ABD only.
He wants a bilateral Tadjchan ( hard to make it works, its´n it)
So, If you can send me informatión about researchs and results with ABD orthosis used in leg calve. I will be more than great.

See you

Carol Paez:

Juan Carlos,
Are you familiar with SWASH? I work with CAMP Healthcare, and although it seems like an expensive solution to me, recently had a orthopedic surgeon tell me he will use it a lot for that. If you would like more info, let me know. Carol

dear Juan
I am belonging to Pakistan
I treat many more patients
Orthotic treatment of perthes disease is one of my research

according to modern research
the position of both limb will , as in the case of CDH
but this disease will come when the patient walk
there is no need to stop his/her walking
only to keep the limbs in abducation
in the result the head will come in to the cup
this process will take time
copmlete follow up is strongly recommende
