Dear list Servers,

Has anyone come across an adult ankle joint that can be immobilized and then
unlocked? This would be for an individual that routinely shears the rivets
on the modified split stirrups. The joints would have to be quite sturdy.
Also it needs to be a simple design - no screws or hex nuts to be lost.

The best idea so far is to take a knee joint (drop lock or cable
activiated), and mill of some of the ext stop so that 5-10 degrees of
plantar flexion is possible.

thank you in advance, gord
