Dear list,

I have a 70 year old male pat. with a Rt BK, severe rheumatoid arthritis,
Rt total knee, Left total hip, and gasoline poisoning. The amputation
was 5 years ago due to the arthritis and up until 18 months ago was doing
well considering. At that time wearing time started to diminish. I have
refit the socket about 6 times and have not gained anything. There is a
lump that has formed in the past year about 4 above MTP on the posterior
aspect of the thigh. I was originally told that it was a Baker's cyst.
This bump is now been diagnosed as an anyurism. We are now waiting for
the vascular consult.

Does anybody have any fitting ideas? I will post the answers

Many Thanks

Steven Childs, BOCP, C.Ped
