The responsibility of upper management is to its stockholders ? ? Bull _ _ _ _ !! Last time I looked, Ivan Sabel had C.P.O. behind his name ! ! That's the profession that put him where he is today. His responsibility is to stockholders ? ? Does that mean that because he paid too much for Hanger-Thranhart and Novacare and a lot of previously independent facilities, his responsibility now lies in paying back stockholders, regardless of what it does to the profession ??
