Dear Asif, List moderator and All respected members,
There was a message from my name offending Asif and all respected members. I
can immediately excuse and regret.
Let me clarify that the message was the result of overlooking of certain
protocol to be followed by e.mail and internet users. I always believed that
this electronic technology is for the user himself to use and not depending
on secretary or steno or any assistant. An overlook or violation of my own
belief did let me down.
The truth is that I didtated a brief reply to our new secretary, a computer
enthusiast. The apprehensions expressed to him in normal tone was made part
of the message drafted and the poor secretary instead of saving the draft '
sent' to ' reply to all' unknowingly. When the fact was revealed to him he
was surprised to know that the message was transmitted to all.
I hope this clarification and apology will settle and finish the issue.
