Hi, All -
Best I recall, it does NOT stand for Patella Tendon Supracondylar, but rather for the French (or German?)
description of the suspension. I think I read this in one of the early articles (late '60s, early 70s) explaining the technique in Orthotics and Prosthetics, perhaps written by C. Fillauer, K. Marschall or R. Nitske.
Does anyone remember, or have the old journals to look it up?
Thanks,
