Fellow Practitioners and Technicians:
We are completing the lengthy process of equiping our outpatient lab to
make it fully funtional (we work for the University of California and
anything involving spending takes a long time). The following is a list of
equipment that we still require. Any recommendations on system set-up,
particular models and manufactures, or general feedback would be
appreciated. Thank you in advance.
1. dust collection system for router and bench grinder
2. vaccuum stations (mainly for thermoplastics) with reserve air tank
(we already have motor)
3. sand blaster
4. powder coater
p.s. For those who remember: I am doing the final fitting of a scapular
winging orthosis. Thanks to all those who offered advice. I will post
results when completed.
