hey ted,

don't post this, but they were called anklets when i learned to make them

i think you can get pre-fab ones in the knit-rite catalogue. there are
also cloth ones we use downstairs called the swede-o-brace or something
like that, maybe gary dodge will answer your post.

leather ones come in s,m,l,xl, left or right etc. i used one way back when
i was an orthotist on a post polio pt. nice soft leather.

i can teach you how to make one from scratch if you care!
