Hello.
I have been asked to consult on an 8 year old with a brachial plexus injury who has active wrist flexion but no wrist extension. The patients OT has asked for ideas for an orthosis that could utilize her wrist flexion strength to gain finger prehension. Sounds to me like some type of reverse tenodesis affair. I do not have much experience in that regard, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
