Dear All,
i have been a left a/k amputee for forty years and have had 50 or more
prosthesis and every so often i get one that has a pecular problem that no
one seems to be able to zero in on, the problem is: while i am walking on the
prosthesis, when the heel strikes the ground the foot (the front toe) whips
out laterally as i walk and there seems to be no adjustments that are able to
correct this.
i have gone to great expense trying different alienments, sockets, and some
result in this problem and some don't... any help from anyone would be
greatly apprieciated and would probably help many others in the profession.
thanks
