I am still confused and nit picking.
The recent announcements on the Delaware law change states there is not a mention
in the bylaws as to the number of votes needed to achieve consolidation so we
must abide by the new Delaware amendment which requires a plurality.
Academy bylaws currently require a two-thirds vote to amend or repeal the bylaws,
(Article XX). Is it not necessary to amend the bylaws to dissolve the Academy?
If this is not the case, can you please explain the method under which the
Academy is to be dissolved.
Thank you
