Orthotic Technician
Immediate opening for an orthotic technician at Texas Scottish Rite
Hospital for Children. Minimum of 3 years experience required,
ABC registration preferred. A hospital based pediatric practice, we
provide progressive orthotic care for a diverse population of children
with orthopaedic and/or neuromuscular needs. We have over
10,000 square feet of laboratory space shared by a talented and
dedicated staff of ABC certified practitioners and registered
technicians. Responsibilities include an individual fabrication case
load of a wide range of lower extremity and spinal orthoses, with
limited patient contact.
We are located on a large campus within view of downtown Dallas.
The Metroplex is a progressive, centrally-located city with a
relatively low cost of living, mild winters, access to Arts, museums,
professional sports like baseball, hockey, football and basketball,
good year-round water recreation and fishing nearby, as well as
recreational attractions such as Six Flags and NASCAR auto
racing. Our benefit package is excellent and we offer competitive
