Does anyone have experience with a chronic low grade osteomyelitis ?
I have a patient that incurred a spiral tibial fracture in 1992.
Osteomyelitis set in which led to a below knee amputation in 1994. She is
presently finding it difficult to heal a sore along the suture line even
though antibiotics have been taken.
