Thank you for the info Ian. I certainly will subscribe. My name is
Bradley. I was involved in a train accident this past May, (I'm a brakeman
for a small railroad in Maine). I suffered the loss of my left leg below
the knee (BKA). I am doing quite well with a Tech liner, TT pylon by
Endolite, and a Cirus multifunctional foot. I have five inches of length
below my knee which is 90% skin graffted. I am 39 years old and very
active. My question to List-Servers, I would like add in my rehab program,
strengthing exercises for my left quads and hamstrings. Leg extensions have
caused irratations and breakdown of the graft. I'm 5'9 and weight 185 lbs.
Any suggestions as to how I can rebuild my left leg, which is 3 inches
smaller than my right leg?
Thanks everyone.
Bradley
