Dear Stephen
Has your client had a foot assessment to see whether poor knee alignment can be
attributed to poor foot alignment, probably calcaneal valgus? Starting with simply a
high-cut athletic shoe is a good start. Providing prefab or custom foot orthoses is
also worth considering. AliMed has a large variety of prefab knee braces.
