Hi List,

I have a patient with a bilateral transradial presentation who is currently
using bilateral body-powered devices with figure 8 harnesses (individually
harnessed). He has been primarily using them for weightlifting and working
out at the gym and finds the load is not transferred well over his shoulder
or the contralateral axilla. Not only does he find this uncomfortable, but
it also cuts off the circulation in the axilla and makes the contralateral
arm go numb. I think a new harness setup with a saddle and chest strap would
be an improvement for him to redirect the weight over a broader surface on
his shoulder and eliminate the circulation issue. However, I've never seen a
setup like this bilaterally. Before I embark on this new design, I'm open to
any feedback or comments about things to consider, or an entirely different
harness option to try. Any images you could share would be quite helpful. He
has tried connecting his devices into one joined harness and he would prefer
to stick with separate harnesses. Any suggestions?

Thank you list!
