Good morning all, and thanks for entertaining these questions. I appreciate the help as I prep for the NYS meeting next year.
Here goes:
CP patient, presents with a crouched gait, severe but correctable ML ankle alignment and full ROM - AP. Yes, this patient is a lucky one.
Question: assuming AFOs are prescribed, what part of the AFO design would most help to reduce the crouched gait pattern by being stiff. I’m looking for a pretty simple one - two word answer.
