Pt. with CMT and another overlaying neurological condition/complication.
Now has unilateral equino-varus contracture (60 degrees PF with 20 degrees
varus). Prognosis for walking again probably not 1% chance. But the
deformity is getting painful as the joints sublux. I can make an
appropriate therapeutic brace, but can I bill for it. I billed one as an E
code many years ago but I would be interested in the groups thinking.
