Hello,
My original post:
What software are you using to scan positive molds for measurements? To archive and track limb volume changes. I’m less interested in the modification or printing aspects of the software.
The question is multifaceted but the top reasons are; to confirm our clinical evaluation or suspicion of volume and/or shape changes (orthotics and prosthetics), and anticipating our insurance payers moving to a standard requiring us to validate our clinical justifications with data.
Responses:
Most frequently replied: Standard cyborg with the Structure Scanner
Omega with Omega Scanner, Structure Sensor, or Omega Tracer (internal sockets, casts, residual limb)
Vorum with Spectra Scanner
Best,
Julia D. Fry CPO
