Hello all,
I have previously used a lab in Illinois to manufacture a silicone Chicago boot type prosthesis for partial foot patients with excellent success. I have heard they are no longer in business and am looking for a referral for fabrication services for such a device. They are pigmented and shaped however not detailed cosmetic restorations. We often incorporate a thin carbon plate into the construction as well. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
