I was sad to hear the news of the passing of Sam Hammontree. I was honored to know him. I enjoyed speaking to him socially and also learned so much from him about the O and P business. Not only was he a smart, successful, and kind man, but he drew satisfaction from sharing his knowledge with others to help his colleagues succeed become successful.
He is a role model and he left a legacy that his family can be proud of. My condolences to Steve and Mike.
