Hello everyone,

I would like to thank everyone that took the time to complete the survey I posted last week for a homework assignment in my doctoral program. This past week has given me quite a bit of good data that I plan to share in the near future and this reminder is to inform everyone that I will keep the survey open for another ten days to capture more responses from those that have not taken the opportunity to complete the survey. Once again, my objective is to find out if the profession should develop a voluntary option (not entry level) for practitioners to pursue a terminal degree specifically designed for orthotics and prosthetics or is it not necessary?

The survey should take no more than five to ten minutes and the results will help in designing further survey’s in the future. Please take a few moments to click on the link below and answer six questions. When I have completed my quantitative and qualitative data review I will post the results of my survey. Once again, I truly appreciate everyone helping me complete my assignment and help in my pursuit of a terminal degree.
