Good Morning list!
I am pleased to report that I was able to find a link on the UT website that
allowed me to forward my questions, comments, and concerns to UT. Fully
expecting that I would either hear from no one, or from some IT guy, I was
stunned to get an almost immediate email response from the director of the
program. Then, when I proceeded to get all excited about how this whole
thing went down, the director calmly explained to me how their online
education program works, and what their process is. She went out of her way
to help me figure this out.
I have to say that the directors kindness in helping me made me feel a bit
embarrassed about my initial reaction to the situation.
Both ABC and UT Southwest were involved in the process of helping me figure
this out. I applaud them both for their help, and their patience with me as
they calmed me down and we figured this out.
Thank you to the respondents. Your comments are appreciated.

Hello All,
I was on a deadline to complete the necessary CEU's before December 31,
2017, and signed up for and (in theory) completed the required hours of
CEU's prior to years' end through the online learning center at UT
Southwest.
Last week, I got a letter from ABC telling me that my certification is
inactive until I have completed my missing hours. Further, there is now a 30
hour CEU penalty for not completing my hours on time. I signed in to my
account at UT Southwest to see what was going on, but the site has zero
information about how to contact them with any sort of question of this
type. Further, since the time period for my use of the online learning
center has expired, the site basically won't show me anything about any of
the work I completed.
Does anyone have any idea how to contact the folks at UT Southwest who are
in charge of this kind of stuff? Have any of the rest of you had issues
getting credits submitted by UT Southwest?
Thank you in advance,
Warren R Mays, CPO
