Dear Listserv,
Operation Namaste is an U.S.-based 501c3 organization established in 2019
to develop cost-saving solutions for prosthetic practitioners who serve low
resource patients around the world.
The organization has developed a system for making silicone liners for
low/middle income countries called Namaste Limb Solutions. The system
allows clinic staff to produce liners on-site, ensuring a consistent and
sustainable source of high-quality, low-cost silicone liners.
To help direct the implementation of the solution, Operation Namaste has
created a survey to learn the needs of the market. It is specifically
focused on the needs of patients who struggle to pay for a high-activity
lower extremity prosthetic liner and cannot afford to replace them
regularly. Your feedback will help us expand the availability of this
low-cost solution for patients in need.
