Everyone might want to take a look and see if they had there PECOS enrollment deactivated. I did a quick search of all the companies in our area and every single one says Provider is NOT PECOS enrolled according to the latest file provided by CMS. I only noticed this because we had a claim deny for having an inactive NPI number (claims specialist said it was deactivated in 2013???)
