Hello fellow Colleagues

We have recently had a few requests for post knee replacement surgeries
where things did not go to plan. One patient in particular is a cancer
survivor which had a infection in the knee replacement. This led to multiple
surgeries. She now hyperextends and move into valgus. No knee orthosis with
straps posteriorly will hold her. Any suggestion as to a treatment option?
She funds her orthoses privately. So cost is an issue. We 3 or 4 others that
have a similar problem but not as severe and for one reason or another
surgery to fix or repair the problem is not an option.

Looking forward to your responses.

Kind regards
