Hi All,
I was hoping people would share what they have found in the physician notes
pertaining to why a patient needs our custom expertise on the L1845 versus
us providing the patient the L1952. I know what I can put in my notes to
easily substantiate when I do one versus the other; however, physician
notes are notoriously lack in orthotic necessity descriptions. I find
myself gravitating towards the L1845 just so I don't have to do as much
paperwork shuffle between my office and the physicians. If you have a
moment to share wording that your referrals have used that would be helpful
in educating all the referrals out there! I will post any responses if
provided.
