Hi everyone,

The ISPO Virtual World Congress just finished up. If you had not
registered you missed a great conference. But you can still catch up since
all of the Symposia, Instructional Courses, Free Papers, Poster
Presentations and Exhibitor Courses were recorded and will be available for
the next year. (to November 2022)

ISPO has more than just P&O. There was something for surgeons,
physiatrists, therapists, engineers and consumers as well. From all around
the world.

For me, the highlights were the announcement of the LEAD and COMPASS
projects. They deal directly with the P&O field's minimal data collection
and uniform outcome measures. For a North American, those meant middle of
the night presentations. The caliber of other presentations dealing with OI
& BAP, new technology at all levels, validation of the care provided
throughout the world, and what Persons With Disabilities have to contend
with will be very eye opening if you have not had that experience.

So, if you missed it, go to <ispoint.org> for the links to the Congress
Site. Then you can get excited for19th World Congress in 2023 in
Guadalajara, where it will be in person again.

Be Safe & Stay Healthy,
Terry Supan, soon to be CPO(E), FAAOP(E), & FISPO(E)
