Dear O & P Community,

During the observation hours related to my orthotics and prosthetics
education I noticed an interesting deviation in processes as they pertain
to lower limb socket lamination procedures. As such, in hopes of learning
more and advancing our profession, I am concluding my formalized classroom
education with a research project related to these practices.

It would help me a great deal if you would please share your experience and
processes with me by completing a short survey. I believe that it should
not take more than five to ten minutes of your time.

You can locate the confidential and anonymous survey here:
<URL Redacted>

If you have any thoughts, questions, concerns, or would like to receive
compiled data related to this survey, please let me know via email. I can
be reached at <Email Address Redacted>

Thank you in advance for your support.

All the best,

Adam Kramer
