The GSOP Board would like to keep everyone informed about the safety
protocols that will be in place at the October 8, 2021 meeting. Your health
and safety, and that of your patients and your families, is of the utmost
importance to us.
Please note that these protocols are subject to change prior to the October
8, 2021 GSOP meeting and that they apply to speakers, attendees, exhibitors
and board members.
Please make sure to check the GSOP Website for any updates.
GSOP Meeting Safety Protocols:
- Name badges are required for all GSOP event participants at all times.
You will receive a name badge when you check in for the event on October
8th.
- Masks will be required for all participants regardless of vaccination
status.
- Therefore, all attendees and exhibitors will be required to wear a
mask in the meeting rooms and the exhibit area except when actively eating
or drinking. Masks will be available for those that do not have them.
- Meeting rooms, exhibit area and lunch area will allow for social
distancing.
- In addition to masks, hand sanitizer, gloves, and wipes will be
available.
- If you do not feel well, stay home.
- Information is available here on the nearest COVID testing sites.

If for any reason you would like to cancel your registration please contact

Registration is open for the in-person for the Friday, October 8, 2021 GSOP
Continuing Education Event which will be held at Top Golf in Alpharetta, GA.
Early Bird Registration fee is $100.00
SPACE IS LIMITED - THERE ARE ONLY 20 SEATS LEFT!
Early Bird Registration ends on September 8th
Registration fee after September 8th is $200.00
On site registration (if any seats are still available) $250.00
