Dear list serve community,
We are redesigning our Supply Room and also the way we organize our Projects in Progress.
Does anyone feel like they really have a great system of organizing their soft goods and consumables in their supply room?? Do you also use OPIE purchasing in conjunction with this system?
As for the Projects in Progress such as items waiting to be delivered or mid fabrication. We have a large long shelf for finished shoes and braces, but I’m considering going with segmented cubbies here to separate and date the items. Also thinking of going with built in cubbies for prosthetic cases to make tracking supplies through delivery easier.
I appreciate any advice and pictures the list serve community can offer up here if any of you high volume facility leaders feel like you have a good handle on this.
