Hello all,
I have a pt with a severely contracted hand/fingers with thumb adducted across palm. I cannot cast him. He needs a custom splint. OT couldn't even get him fit with a low temp splint. I was thinking RTV. Is there anything that is stretchy that I can be sure to get off of him? Alginate won't work. Can you tell me what RTV to use or something that may be more flexible to remove easily from flexed fingers?
Thank you
